7 Day Return Policy
Please check your goods as soon possible after delivery.
If an item you ordered is not quite what you had in mind, you can return it by contacting Customer Service on 1300 017 036. If an item you ordered is incorrect or not what you had in mind, you can return it within 7 days of the delivery date.
The returned goods must be unused and in the same condition they were sent.
We undertake to replace, exchange or refund any undamaged product returned to us unused. Shipping expenses will only be refunded if the goods are faulty or do not match your order.
We recommend that you send back your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We cannot be held responsible if the returned item is lost in transit.
Upon inspection of the returned goods, we will credit the account or credit card used to place the order. Shipping expenses will only be refunded if the goods are faulty or do not match your order.
In the rare case that you receive a faulty or damaged item, simply call our office for a Return Authorisation Number within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange for return and replacement of the item. All faulty or damaged goods must be returned to us for inspection.
