Contact-free in-person service around Melbourne
We encourage you to phone, live video or email us for service, but if you're in Melbourne and require an in-person consultation, Liza Pickering, our highly experienced Health & Wellbeing Manager will arrive in requisite PPE and maintain best-practice hygiene and social distancing at all times.
As our shipping partners have adapted to the pandemic’s challenges, our normal delivery has been impacted.
Delivery may be delayed due to a reduction in our shipping partners’ freight capacity or an increase in parcel volumes, many which require manual sorting.
When your school's first aid supplies leave our headquarters, you will be emailed a tracking link for accurate delivery information. For Melbourne Metro customers, Ben - our driver - is in contact with us throughout the day and we can pass on his updates to you if required.
We no longer require a signature for delivery to your school. Our shipping partners will record your name and authorisation, in your presence.
Product Exchange and Return
Due to COVID-19 health concerns, we cannot accept exchange or return (for refund) on any product due to change of mind.
‘Change of mind’ includes circumstances where the product is no longer required or has been sourced at a lower price.
- if a product fails to work or do what was described, you are entitled to a remedy
- if a product is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the fault.
If you are returning goods because they are faulty or do not match your order, please contact Student First Aid Customer Care on 1300 017 036 within 7 (seven) days of receiving your goods, to be issued a Return Authorisation Number. The returned faulty or incorrect goods must be unused and in the same condition they were sent.
